with Mustard

Heat oil in a pan and put all the marinated pork mix into it .

Recipe-
Ingredients:
Pork: 1/2kg
mustard green(lai xaak) 300gms
mustard green(lai xaak) 300gms
Ginger-garlic paste : 2tbsp
bay leaves : 2/3
chilies : 4
Onion : 2 large( chopped)
Cumin powder : ½ tsp
salt to taste and turmeric powder
Mustard oil : 2tbsp
Method-
Marinate the pork pieces with salt ,turmeric,
ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions , bay leaves ,cumin powder and keep aside
for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and put all the marinated pork mix into it .
Cook in low heat stirring occasionally with the lid on till the
meat is half done
Add ½ cup water and cook again till the meat is almost done.
Add ½ cup water and cook again till the meat is almost done.
Now add the mustard green leaves breaking them
coarsely .
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Then it ready to Serve.
